All the orders will be fulfilled between 5AM-8AM. The estimated dates for orders will be shown under My Orders of the registered user. Depending on the quantity and distance, the material will be supplied using the seller/vendor/MHH vehicles. Please refer "Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy" for Return, Refund & Cancellation of the orders.(For Service Receiver/Buyer) Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy MyHeavenHome’s focus is to provide complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, it will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from MyHeavenHome services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. MyHeavenHome’s policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows: Cancellation Policy The Material Order cancellation will be allowed only before the material (item or product) is loaded into the vehicle. Once, the material is loaded onto the vehicle, cancellation is not allowed. The client immediately call at +91 907 10 10 007 and inform the reason for cancellation and / or send mail to cancellations@byt-eye.com along with order number and invoice number. Return & Refund Policy MyHeavenHome tries its best to deliver the best Material to its clients. Return & Refund will be done in the following circumstances: If Material received is completely different from the one ordered. Example, you ordered 9” x 4” x 3” brick whereas you received 9” x 4” x 2”. In this case, MyHeavenHome accepts the material return and refund the amount within 72 hours. If Material is damaged or tampered or defective. The Refund will be made only when MyHeavenHome is informed with the required details before the material is unloaded at your location. The client call at +91 907 10 10 007 and inform the reason for refund and / or send mail to cancellations@byt-eye.com along with order number and invoice number. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. Return & Refund will not be accepted under the following circumstances: If the material is partially used. If the material is unloaded at Buyer's location. If the material is tampered or damaged by Buyer.(For Material Seller) Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy If the order is cancelled by the Service Receiver (Buyer) then you (Service Provider) have to bear all the costs involved in collecting the material from the Buyer. You have to fully refund the order amount. Return & Refund Policy MyHeavenHome tries its best to deliver the best Material to its clients. Return & Refund will be done in the following circumstances: If Material received is completely different from the one ordered.
